Shipping and Delivery Times

At HEXCHANGE, service comes first. Stock items are always shipped within 24 hours on business days.

Our delivery times are as follows:

• DHL Express Economy (within the EU): Delivery within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.
• DHL Express (outside the EU): Delivery within 1 to 4 business days, depending on the customer’s location. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.

Return Policy

We understand that a product may not always meet expectations. You can return your product under the following conditions:

• The product is in its original condition.
• You have submitted your return request in writing to HEXCHANGE within 90 days of the shipping date.
• The product has not been used.
• The item had a delivery time of less than 2 weeks. This means the product was not custom-made for you.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
